Niche Marketing sites from Digital Business

I have always been fascinated by affiliate marketing and the ability to develop niche websites which generate income. So, instead of just reading about this type of marketing, I decided to actually do it. I will be putting links to my niche websites on this page and blogging about them and their effectiveness in helping people to find information and products which they might not otherwise have been able to find sites.

Here is my first niche website: How to Floss

I designed this simple website on the train home from London last week and it went live on 13th October 2011 after I had an idea for a niche site while having my check up with the dentist.

It is already on the first page on Google, although it is 'below the fold'. The first sale went through the next day on Amazon for a powered flossing device. 

It took about three hours to put together.

Something which has fascinated me for years is D Day. I have visited the Normandy beaches several times and I was surprised to see that one of the top questions on Google concerning D Day was just that - 'What is D Day?'.

So, that was it. I decided to build a microsite about it. It went live on 20 Oct 2011.
